Steps

5 simple steps to a "brand revived"…

  1. Identify areas in need of improvement. We accomplish this by implementing a public awareness test conducted via online survey. The results provide real–time statistics of what element of a brand is being overlooked by the public.
  2. Enhance the weakness. By using the generated statistics we are able to redefine "weak" areas through a process of identity enhancement. The process is accomplished by redefining the slogan/tag based off of the statistics gathered. "Slogan" by definition "is a short and striking or memorable phrase used to describe a specific organization." For a broadened client base or for increased visibility, this process should not be overlooked… it is by far the most important step to a "brand revived."
  3. Craft the logo. This is where everything falls into place. Once a slogan/tag has been selected, a logo to further strengthen the identity is designed. The redefined logo should include elements relating the slogan and the company’s energy to the customer… it is important to remember that the customers really complete the identity of the brand… without them there would be no business.
  4. Implementation of the brand. This is the fun part. In this step we use our pr and media placement experience to gather the information collected from Step 1 to develop a successful new brand marketing campaign… referred to as the "unveiling campaign." It is now that the strategy of the new identity is defined.
  5. Keep clients informed. It is very important to inform past and future clients of any changes. This is accomplished via email marketing campaigns deployed as part of the new identity to update them on the news. During this step a list of contacts, new and old is compiled which eventually becomes the new target market. By using Constant Contact to deploy email marketing campaigns and by using Google Analytics to collect click–thru rates and real–time site statistics, we are able to track all aspects of the business’ new brand… a now completed process of a "brand revived."
